Announcing MOOAR grant programme, creator bootcamp and S2 updates
New Year’s Greetings to all our MOOAR degens!
After successfully launching MOOAR Launchpad Season 1 last month and receiving over 5.3+ Million $GMT locked into tickets for the incredible 13 genesis projects. We are pleased to announce that we have officially opened up our MOOAR Launchpad Season 2 submissions!
This is a great opportunity for creators both new and old to showcase their innovations and get their projects off the ground. We encourage all submissions — if you are hesitant about your idea, feel free to fill out this form and we will provide some dedicated support to helping you launch.
What are we looking for?
Remember what we said here previously? This time, we are also looking for innovative projects with real utility that will benefit the ecosystem.
We still stand by our goal that PFPs are an integral part of progressing towards a Web3 world. So while the fun part remains, that doesn’t mean that other avenues of value creation cannot be included. So get creative. This can be something as simple as integrating real world benefits to your project, or even a solution that addresses a real world problem.
Get creative! And if you have an amazing idea but are unsure how to approach it, reach out to us nonetheless!
Interested parties may submit their interest here. Once the submission period closes, our team will review all submissions, and the most promising 10 projects will be approved and officially entered into the Season 2 Launchpad contest.
This time, we have made some tweaks to our Launchpad mechanisms. With these changes, we hope to create a more holistic process, from onboarding all the way to voting.

Launchpad Adjustments
Ticket Prices — We have increased the upper limit for ticket prices. Creators can now choose from a range between 10 GMT up to 200 GMT. This is to better accommodate collections who are considering a lower supply, while not hindering their fund-raising ability.
Voting Limit — We have also increased the voting limit from 10,000 GMT per account, to 30,000 GMT. This allows us to account for price fluctuations of GMT, as well as giving users more freedom and power with their votes.
Creator Toolkit — Understanding that many of our creators are new to the NFT space, we came up with a toolkit to provide them with some basic guides regarding uploading of the NFTs and managing the metadata.
Multi-Chain — From Season 2 onwards, we have opened up our launchpad submission to include both the Solana and Ethereum blockchain. This will give projects more flexibility in deciding which blockchain they want to establish themselves on.
Batch Voting — Vote for multiple projects with the click of a button
Batch Minting (for creators) — This will only apply to projects looking to issue NFTs in batches (instead of all at once). Projects will be required to submit all relevant NFTs and metadata upon initial submission.
It is up to the creators to determine the number of NFTs to be issued per batch, but there is a minimum 90 day lock-up period after the first mint. After the lock-up, creators may release the remaining NFTs at their discretion.
Bulk Redemption (Ethereum only) — Mint up to 20 NFTs at one go!
MOOAR Creator Bootcamp
Leading up to our Season 2, we are taking this opportunity to launch a creator-focused workshop. This workshop will consist of 5 2-hour sessions that span across a single week. These sessions will be catered towards enabling an easier onboarding for new creators in the Web3 space. Attendees will get to select from a whole list of topics:
Topic 1: Creating your first NFT
Topic 2: Fundamentals of Design (Art, AR, VR)
Topic 3: Understanding NFT Metadata
Topic 4: Web3 Marketing
Topic 5: Community Building — Ambassadors & KOLs
Topic 6: HypeSaints (MOOAR Season 1 Winner) — Insight into their journey
Topic 7: Introduction to NFT Utility + MOOAR Incubator Program
We will take the top 5 most requested topics and host a session on it.
Ultimately, the workshop aims to give participants a clearer understanding of the entire process of not only creating an NFT collection, but managing it as well.
At the end of the workshop, all participants will need to present their NFT collection for review by the MOOAR team. The top 3 projects will be given a grant as follows*
1st place: 10,000 $GMT
2nd place: 5,000 $GMT
3rd place: 2,500 $GMT
These 3 projects will also be automatically entered into MOOAR’s Season 2 Launchpad to go up against all other approved participants.
