Announcing the MOOAR Incubator Programme

MOOAR Launchpad S1 is live with 13 fun and creative PFP collections from both established and upcoming creators. It has been a delight to work with so many new creators, providing mentorship and, for many, helping them to launch their first NFT collections. Pressure forms diamonds and we truly believe through MOOAR Launchpad we are on the quest to discover the next Bluechip NFT Project. Inline with this we are thrilled to kickstart the next step on our journey to realise this, the MOOAR Incubator Programme.

The MOOAR Incubator Programme is an exclusive mentorship programme from the Co-Founder of Find Satoshi Lab and the mastermind behind STEPN, Yawn Rong. This programme will be open to the top 3 projects from each launchpad season. The 12 week programme will give projects exclusive access to one of the brightest minds in Web3 and a tailored programme touching on the 4 key pillars to establishing a successful business.

How does the programme work

Stage 1: How to get selected?

The first step will involve applying for MOOAR Launchpad and having your project selected for a particular season. (Next opportunity will be MOOAR Launchpad Season 2).

Once selected for the launchpad season, the participating projects in the MOOAR Incubator Programme will be determined by community voting. This will be calculated by total $GMT locked per project.

Stage 2: Introduction Meeting

Before voting has concluded, all participating launchpad projects (13 projects for Season 1) will be invited to an introductory session with Yawn to run through a basic guide of the programme. This session will give projects the opportunity for an open Q&A session to ask their most pressing questions.

Stage 3: Questionnaire

After the voting phase has concluded, this is when the incubation programme really starts.

The top 3 projects will be invited to fill in a questionnaire. This will cover pertinent and more in-depth project execution aspects, such as roadmaps, fundraising breakdown and identifying key gaps.

The MOOAR team will collate all the responses and craft a curated proposal for each project, addressing the concerns at hand and offering solutions.

Stage 4: 12 Week Programme

The official 12 week programme starts!

This programme will span 12 weeks, with 1 topic per week. This will cover 4 key areas of project management, interlaced with 4 educational workshops and interactive sessions with the speakers. We will also be inviting Web3 luminaries to take part in the MOOAR Incubator Programme.

Below is a sample of the topics to be covered within the programme, however the topics will be tailored each season to the projects participating and their needs and interests.
